Non-Delivery

Non-delivery refers to cases where the item did not reach the delivery address. "Delivery completed" means the item has been delivered according to the tracking information. Non-delivery means the delivery has not been completed.

Non-delivery is defined in two ways:

First, 35 days after the item was shipped, the item has not reached the recipient's address.

Second, the item has not reached the recipient's address within 30 days after arriving in the destination country.


Refunds

If non-delivery occurs, we will refund the purchase price of the item.

If the item has reached the delivery address and delivery has been completed, and the customer subsequently loses or has the item stolen, this is not considered non-delivery. In such cases, it is not non-delivery and therefore not eligible for a refund.
