3. Change or Cancel Order

There are differences in changing or canceling an order depending on whether it is "ready for shipment," "before ready for shipment," or "after product dispatch."

1. Ready for shipment

If your order is in the [ready for shipment] status, you cannot change or cancel the order. This includes changes to the shipping address, shipping method, product quantity adjustments, adding products, or changing payment methods.

2. Before ready for shipment

If your order is in the status before [ready for shipment], you can change the shipping address. In this case, please inform us of your "shipping address change request" by calling or emailing customer service. We will process the change for you. Order cancellation is also possible.

If you wish to add more items to your order, you may need to cancel your current order and place a new one with the desired items, if possible.

If discounts or promotions were applied to the canceled order, they may not apply to a new order. In such cases, please contact customer service for assistance.

3. After product dispatch

Even if the product has already been dispatched, some delivery companies may allow changes to delivery information. If you need assistance, it is best to contact the delivery company directly. It is naturally impossible to cancel an order once the product has been dispatched and is in transit.

If the customer requests a return after the product has arrived at the address, the result will be the same as canceling the order.
