2. Order and Payment

How to Order

Here are the three ways to order products from the Hemorium shopping mall. Our shopping mall does not use the SHOP app, so there is no ordering process through the SHOP app. 

After selecting the product you wish to order, choose one of the three payment methods: A. Credit Card Payment, B. PayPal Payment, or C. Add to Cart and Checkout.

We will explain the payment process using the mobile payment screen.

A. Credit Card Payment (Other Payment Options)

1. On the product detail page, select [1. Option] and [2. Quantity].

2. Select [5. Other Payment Options]. Tapping this will take you to the next order form page.

3. On the order form, enter or select your contact information (email), shipping address (delivery address), and payment method.

4. Enter your discount code or gift card code just before [Pay Now].

5. Click [Pay Now] to complete your order.

6. If you wish to check your order history, please log in as shown in the image below.

A. Login - Enter the email used when filling out the order form.




B. Order History - Your account and order history will appear as follows.





C. Order Details - To view detailed order information, tap the order number Oder HR1056 at the bottom.



B. PayPal Payment

1. On the product detail page, select [1. Option] and [2. Quantity].

2. Select [4. PayPal Payment] shown on the screen above. The rest of the process is the same as credit card payment.

C. Add to Cart and Checkout

1. On the product detail page, select [1. Option] and [2. Quantity].

2. Select [3. Add to Cart] shown on the screen above. The rest of the process is the same as credit card payment.
