Final Sale Items

Final sale items are items that cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. Final sale items are designated by the seller from products that fall into categories such as heavily discounted products, perishable products, customized products, and personal care products.

Final sale items are marked as non-returnable on the product details.

1. Products sold at high discounts to quickly clear out seasonal items, overstock, or products slated for discontinuation are considered final sale items.

2. Specially customized items that cannot be resold if returned are considered final sale items.

3. Items like flowers, plants, and food products, which would significantly degrade in quality if returned, making them unsellable, are considered final sale items.


Important Notes

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange, return, refund, or store credit. However, even for final sale items, if it is proven that the product was damaged during shipping or a damaged product was delivered, we will, of course, exchange/return/refund it.
