1. Login

You can log in using Email Login, SHOP Login, Google Login, or Meta Login. SHOP Login is only available to those who have a SHOP account. You can create a SHOP account by installing the SHOP app and creating an account.

2. Account Creation

You can create an account in two ways.

First, customers can create a new account directly on the login screen using their email.
Second, a new customer account is automatically created when the email used for product orders is registered.

Note 1:

If you order a product without logging in, a customer account is automatically created, so there is no need to intentionally create a customer account.

Note 2:

To change or cancel an order, or track delivery after completing a product order, you must remember the email address used.

Note 3:

If you revisit the shopping mall after completing a product order, you can check your order history and delivery status immediately upon access. This is because the shopping mall uses cookies to identify your access status. This is possible if you do not delete your browser cookies after ordering.

Note 4:

You should create your SHOP account in the SHOP app, not in Hemorium.


3. How to Access Your Customer Account: [Mobile Phone Screen]

Once you access your customer account, you can view your order history, cancel orders, track deliveries, manage reward points, and more. Since most customers access the shopping mall using their mobile phones, we will describe how to log in using a mobile phone.


How to Log In:

1. The login screen is shown below. First, tap the menu button (Hamburger Button).

2. Tap the "Log In" area at the bottom.

3. There are four login methods: SHOP Login, Google Login, Meta Login, and Email Login.
Whichever method you choose, it's simple. Select and tap your preferred login method.

4. Enter the temporary password code sent by the shopping mall into the input field at the bottom of the screen to log in and immediately view your customer account.
