Domestic shipments are sent via courier, and international shipments are sent via airline, with estimated international arrival dates varying greatly by region. For domestic orders, products can be received within 1-2 days after purchase, while North American and European buyers can expect to receive products within 7-21 days after shipment.

Even if the delivery period is extended due to special airline delays or customs issues, products can be received within one month. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurately provided to avoid any delivery address errors.

This policy applies to international orders. Domestic deliveries are completed within 1-2 days. For international deliveries, if the item has not reached the purchaser or recipient 35 days after dispatch, we will refund the amount paid at the time of purchase.

The delivery process can be tracked through our tracking system. If the item arrives late to the purchaser/recipient after a refund has been issued, you may either return the item or repay the refunded amount. 

If you change your mind after purchasing an item and wish to cancel your purchase, you can return the item within 90 days.

The item you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused/unworn, and with the tags and original packaging intact.
