Shipping Policy

1. Accurate submission of the delivery address is essential for prompt and precise shipping. 

 If a product fails to reach the buyer within 30 days of arriving in the destination country due to an incorrect shipping address, the item will be automatically discarded.

2. All products purchased from HemoRium are shipped to the destination country via air freight.

3. Delivery times are consistent with standard international shipping durations.

For example, shipping to the United States typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, earthquakes, flight delays, or unexpected customs clearance issues.

Most products are quickly dispatched from a large logistics warehouse in Hong Kong via the AliExpress Standard Shipping or AliExpress Selection Standard shipping systems.

Some products are dispatched from the USA, Germany, France, the UK, Brazil, and Australia. In such cases, delivery time can be significantly reduced.

4. Shipping costs are generally categorized into three types: free shipping, flat rate, and variable rate. Rates may vary depending on the shipping region and sales conditions. 

As of 2026, free shipping is available on all items.

5. In the event of non-delivery, delivery of a damaged product, or delivery of an incorrect item, the product will be reshipped to the buyer.

6. If a product has not arrived at the shipping address within 35 days of dispatch, a full refund will be issued. 

However, if the product fails to reach the shipping address within 30 days due to an incorrect address submitted by the buyer, no refund will be provided.
