HEMORIUM is an online shopping mall located in Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Established in 2025, HEMORIUM sells products worldwide through the Shopify platform. HEMORIUM is a dropshipping mall owned by SAONDE, an online store specializing in health foods.

SAONDE was created by an e-commerce designer with over 20 years of experience in health food sales. HEMORIUM was also created by the same SAONDE e-commerce designer.

In the future, HEMORIUM will be available in 20 language versions.

The English name for 헤모리움 is HEMORIUM. The English name HEMORIUM is also used as the domain name for the shopping mall.

HEMORIUM is a compound word formed by combining "HEMO", the initial letters of "Have your Environment the Most Optimized," and the suffix "-RIUM," which means "a place where a specific activity takes place."

How long does it take to receive the product after placing an order?

Products are shipped via air carrier. We cannot provide an exact estimated delivery time as it varies greatly depending on the delivery region.

Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks after shipment. Worldwide delivery is usually completed within one month after shipment. However, delivery times may be longer due to special flight delays or customs issues.

If a product does not reach the customer within 30 days of arriving in your country, it will be considered lost.

The main reason for this is an incorrect shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If we incorrectly label the shipping address and send the product, we will issue a refund.

If the product does not reach the customer within 35 days of shipment, we will issue a refund. Therefore, if there is an excessive delay in delivery, please contact our customer service center.
