2. Ordering and Payment

How to Order

We would like to guide you through the three ways to order products from the Hemorium online store. Please note that our store does not support the SHOP app, so there is no checkout process using the SHOP app. 

After selecting the product you wish to purchase, please choose one of the following three methods to proceed with payment: A. Credit Card Payment, B. PayPal Payment, or C. Add to Cart and Checkout.

The payment process is described using the mobile payment screen.

A. Credit Card Payment (Other Payment Options)

1. On the product details page, select the [1. Option] and [2. Quantity].

2. Select [5. Other Payment Options]. Tapping it will take you to the next order page.

3. On the order page, enter or select your Contact Information (email), Shipping Address, and Payment Method.

4. Enter a Discount Code or Gift Card Code right before clicking [Pay Now].

5. Click [Pay Now] to complete your order.

6. If you would like to check your Order History, please log in as shown below.

A. Log In - Enter the email address you used when placing the order.




B. Order History - You will see your Account and Order History as follows.





C. Order Details - To view the details of your order, tap the order number Order HR1056 at the bottom.



B. PayPal Payment

1. On the product details page, select the [1. Option] and [2. Quantity].

2. Select [4. PayPal Payment] shown on the screen above. The subsequent steps are the same as the credit card payment process.

C. Add to Cart and Checkout

1. On the product details page, select the [1. Option] and [2. Quantity].

2. Select [3. Add to Cart] shown on the screen above. The subsequent steps are the same as the credit card payment process.
