Reattach loose vehicle roof lining with RAYHONG Headliner Repair Glue. Formulated with plasticizers and adhesion resins, this high-viscosity adhesive is designed to bond compatible headliner materials and withstand warm vehicle interiors.

How to Use

1. Prepare the surfaces.
Remove dust and dirt from the roof lining and the corresponding bonding surface. Ensure the areas to be joined are clean and free of loose debris.

2. Apply the adhesive.
Use a brush to spread an appropriate amount evenly onto both surfaces to be bonded.

3. Allow an initial drying period.
Do not join the surfaces immediately. The supplied instructions specify air-drying for 10–15 minutes until the adhesive is semi-dry.

4. Align and press together.
Carefully align the lining with the bonding surface, then press together. Use suitable supports or fixing tools to maintain close contact without damaging the lining.

5. Follow any additional coating directions.
The supplied description also mentions an additional surface coat after bonding, followed by a further 10–15-minute setting period. Confirm this step on the package before applying adhesive to any visible fabric.

6. Keep the repair secured.
Maintain support for 24 hours as specified in the supplied instructions, and do not disturb the repair until the adhesive is fully dry and cured. Follow the package if its directions differ.
