FAQ:

1. How long will my package be shipped?

We will ship as soon as possible, usually all packages will be sent out within 48 hours.

2. Wholesalers and retailers are welcome.

For wholesale, please contact us, we will offer a discount. If you are a retailer and want to start your own business, we can send the goods directly to your customers and will not include any information about us if you prefer.

3. What should I do if I don't receive my item? Or if there is a problem with the product?

Please contact us first, we will do our best to solve it. We would be happy to offer a full refund or resend the item to you. We are an honest seller, so don't worry.

4. What should I do if the measured size is smaller than ordered?

Usually, screws may look smaller. If you use a regular ruler to measure the screw, there may be an error, making it appear smaller. The correct way to measure the screw is by using a vernier caliper.

5. Stainless steel fasteners can be attracted by a magnet.

Most people think stainless steel cannot be attracted by a magnet. However, there are many types of stainless steel; some are not magnetic, while others are. Furthermore, stainless steel can become slightly magnetic after being manufactured into screws or other items. If it is required that the stainless steel not be attracted by a magnet, demagnetization is necessary. The correct way to determine if it is stainless steel is by using spectroscopic instruments or chemical solutions.

Please trust us; we only sell high-quality stainless steel fasteners.
