How many days does shipping take?

Products are shipped via airline. We cannot provide an exact estimated delivery time as it varies greatly depending on the delivery region.

Recipients in North America and Europe can expect to receive their products approximately 7-21 days after shipment. Even if the delivery period is slightly longer due to flight delays or customs issues, products should be received within about one month.

If the product does not reach the customer within 30 days after arriving in your country of residence, it will be considered lost.

The main reason for this is an incorrect shipping address due to an incorrectly entered address. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If we ship the product to an incorrect address that we have entered, we will issue a refund.

What does "35-day refund" mean?

Once an order is received, the item will be shipped on the same day or the following day. If 35 days have passed since the item was shipped and it has not reached the buyer or recipient, we will issue a refund upon the buyer's request.

The delivery process can be tracked through our shipping tracking system. If the item reaches the buyer/recipient belatedly after a refund has been processed due to a buyer/recipient's refund request, the item must be returned.

What does "90-day return" mean?

You can request a return for up to 90 days after purchase if the item is returned to the seller in a resalable condition. The return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. The refund amount may differ from the purchase price of the item due to deductions for taxes, shipping costs, promotional discounts, store credits, etc.

If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused/unworn, and with tags and original packaging intact.
