Shipping Policy

1. For prompt and accurate delivery, it is important that the customer submits a correct delivery address. If a product fails to reach the buyer within 30 days after arriving in the destination country due to an error in the delivery address information, the product will be automatically disposed of.

2. All products purchased from Hemorium are shipped to the destination country via air cargo.

3. Delivery times are consistent with standard shipping periods.

    Delivery to North America and Europe typically takes about 7–21 days. However, delivery delays may occur due to unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, earthquakes, flight delays, or unforeseen customs clearance delays. Even in such cases, the product can usually reach the destination within about a month.

    When items are shipped from logistics hubs in the U.S., Germany, France, the U.K., Brazil, Australia, etc., to destinations within the same country as the hub, the product can reach the recipient within 7 days.

4. Shipping costs are generally divided into three types: free shipping, flat rate, and variable rate. Fees may vary depending on the delivery region and sales conditions. As of 2026, we offer free shipping on all items.

5. In cases of non-delivery, delivery of damaged products, or incorrect delivery (where the buyer receives a product different from what was ordered), the item will be re-shipped.

6. If the product has not arrived at the delivery address within 35 days after shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded. However, if the product fails to reach the delivery address within 30 days due to the buyer submitting an incorrect delivery address to the shopping mall, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
