Shipping Policy

  1. Providing an accurate delivery address is essential for prompt and precise shipping. If an item fails to reach the buyer within 30 days of arriving in the destination country due to incorrect address information, the item will be automatically discarded.

  2. Products sold at HemoRium are shipped domestically via local courier services, while international shipments crossing borders are delivered via air freight.

  3. Our delivery times are shorter than most standard shipping durations.

    For example, shipping to North America and Europe typically takes 7 to 21 days, with most orders arriving within approximately 15 days. However, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, earthquakes, flight delays, or unexpected customs clearance delays. Even in such cases, items should reach their destination within approximately one month.

    For shipments dispatched from logistics hubs in countries such as the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and Australia to destinations within those same countries, items can be delivered to the recipient within 7 days.

    Domestic shipping within Korea, from Korean manufacturers/suppliers to Korean consumers, takes 1 to 2 days.

  4. Free shipping is available on all items.

  5. In the event of non-delivery, delivery of a damaged item, or mis-delivery of an item different from what was ordered, the item will be reshipped.

  6. If an item has not arrived at the delivery address within 35 days of shipment, a full refund will be issued. However, refunds will not be provided in cases where the item fails to reach the delivery address due to an incorrect address submitted by the buyer.
