Return Policy
Our shop applies a 90-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 90 days of purchasing your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return the item and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Shipping Errors
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, and plants), custom products (such as special-order or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not eligible for return. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As noted above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging — and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The EU 14-day right of withdrawal is encompassed within HemoRium's 90-day return policy.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of whether your return has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
