1. Login and Account Management

1. Login

You can log in via Email Login, SHOP Login, Google Login, or Meta Login. SHOP Login is available only to those who have a SHOP account. You can create a SHOP account by installing the SHOP app.

Member accounts are created using an email address. While you can order products using either a phone number or an email address, you must provide an email address when creating a member account. Please note that you cannot log in with the phone number provided to the store when placing an order. You can only log in to check your order using your email.

2. Account Creation

There are two ways to create an account.

First, you can create a new account yourself using your email on the login screen.
Second, a new customer account is created automatically using the email you provided when placing an order.

Note 1:

A customer account is created automatically when you place an order without logging in, so you do not need to create one manually.

Note 2:

You must remember your email address to modify or cancel an order or to track your shipment after placing an order.

Note 3:

When you revisit the store after completing your order, you can immediately check your order history and shipping status. This is because the store uses cookies to recognize your session. This is possible as long as you do not delete your browser cookies after placing an order.

Note 4:

SHOP accounts cannot be created on Hemorium; they must be created via the SHOP app.

Have a great time!
