Separate Fluid and Collection Bottles

The 3L bleeder bottle holds service fluid, while the 1L waste-fluid bottle collects discharged fluid separately. Monitor both levels throughout servicing; the bottle capacities do not guarantee that a complete vehicle service can be performed without refilling or emptying.

Use Preparation & Workflow

1. Check the vehicle procedure.
Read the vehicle service information and the kit manual before starting. Confirm the required brake fluid, adapter fit, permitted service pressure and bleeding sequence. Some vehicles, including certain ABS systems, require additional equipment or a specific service procedure.

2. Inspect and prepare the kit.
Check the bottles, tubing, connections, washers and adapter seals for damage or contamination. Work on a securely parked vehicle and protect nearby painted surfaces from brake-fluid spills.

3. Prepare the fluid and collection setup.
Use only fresh brake fluid of the specification required by the vehicle. Fill and connect the kit as directed in its manual. Position the collection bottle securely and route the tubing so it cannot kink, snag or become disconnected.

4. Follow the approved bleeding procedure.
Operate the kit according to its manual and the vehicle service procedure. Monitor the gauge and fluid levels continuously. Do not select a service pressure solely from the kit's listed ratings, and do not allow the fluid supply to run dry.

5. Release pressure before disconnecting.
Follow the manual's pressure-release procedure before loosening the adapter or opening the bleeder bottle. Restore the reservoir level and refit all caps and fittings according to the vehicle service information.

6. Verify the brake system.
Check for leaks and confirm proper brake operation using the vehicle manufacturer's checks before returning the vehicle to service. If the pedal remains soft or braking is abnormal, do not drive; have a qualified technician inspect the system.
