Engine Belt Lubrication Spray – 100ml

This 100ml engine belt-care spray contains glycerin and propylene glycol. It is intended for applications where the belt and vehicle manufacturers expressly permit a belt treatment. Check compatibility before use rather than assuming that every automotive belt needs lubrication.

Targeted Belt Care

The supplier describes the spray as intended to reduce friction and associated belt wear. It is not a substitute for inspecting belt condition, tension, alignment or pulley operation, and it does not repair cracked, frayed or damaged belts. Extended belt life is not guaranteed.

Check Manufacturer Approval First

Belt systems have different material and operating requirements. Use only when the exact belt and vehicle service instructions allow this type of treatment. Do not apply to timing belts or other systems unless expressly approved. If the belt slips, makes noise or shows damage, have the cause assessed by a qualified technician.

How to Use

The original application directions are to shake well before use and spray an appropriate amount onto the belt. The preparation and safety steps below are general precautions, not additional manufacturer-verified application specifications.

1. Confirm suitability.
Read the product label and the vehicle and belt manufacturer's instructions. If approval is unclear, consult a qualified technician before applying the spray.

2. Make the work area safe.
Switch off the engine, remove the key and allow components to cool. For vehicles with automatic starting or hybrid systems, follow the vehicle's service-safety procedure to prevent unexpected operation. Never spray onto a moving belt.

3. Inspect before treatment.
Check for visible cracking, fraying, contamination or other damage without reaching into an operating mechanism. Do not use the product to conceal a fault or delay a required belt replacement.

4. Shake and apply as directed.
Shake the product well. For an approved application, use only the amount and application location specified by the product and belt instructions. Control overspray and avoid nearby hot surfaces, electrical parts and unrelated components.

5. Follow the specified return-to-service procedure.
Observe the label's instructions for any waiting period and remove tools and cleaning materials before operation. Do not estimate a drying time or run the engine merely to spread the product. Have persistent slipping, noise or abnormal operation checked professionally.
